Parkway Acquires 22-Acre Site for Lake Nona Mixed-Use Project

Bennett Place 350-Unit Multifamily Development

Parkway, in partnership with Silverpeak and Everest Equity Group, has acquired 22 acres in Lake Nona for $15 million. The purchase paves the way for Bennett Place, a $120 million mixed-use development located just minutes from Orlando International Airport.

Bennett Place is planned to deliver 350 multifamily units, three separate 1-acre ground lease pads, and 6,000 square feet of in-line retail. The retail development will be led by Jett Development, while Alexander Investments will oversee the multifamily component.

“This marks our third multifamily project with Silverpeak, following The Helix in Lake Mary and Skyline at Westfall Station in Clermont. Each project reflects our approach: experienced teams, clear targets, and a focus on evolving markets throughout the Sunbelt,” said Jim Heistand, Parkway Chairman. “With Bennett Place, we’re matching scale with market demand, driven by strong job growth along this corridor.”

Located at 14831 Boggy Creek Road, the site offers direct access to Lake Nona’s growing workforce and surrounding neighborhoods, providing a strategic advantage for both tenants and retailers.

The multifamily community will offer a mix of units ranging in size from 800 to 1,700 square feet, with variations of one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. The community will feature an oversized resort-style swimming pool, a 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness center, a golf and sports simulator room, pet spa and thoughtfully designed dog park, coworking spaces including conference room and individual work offices, a grab-and-go convenience market, package lockers, plus a full suite of social and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and connection.

Bennett Place 6,000 SF Inline Retail Development

Retail leasing has advanced significantly, with 75% of available space in active lease negotiations with recognized national and regional brands. “We’re seeing strong demand at Bennett Place and are curating a mix of tenants that will add convenience and variety to the Lake Nona community,” said Genny Hall, Principal at Jett Retail Development. “A select number of high-visibility opportunities remain for those looking to establish a presence in one of the area’s premier growth corridors.”

General contractor selection is underway, and vertical construction is targeted to begin in March 2026.
