  • Parkway leases the adjacent 1,732 space parking garage and, through December, continues renovations as part of overall master plan
  • Parkway aims to retain an interest in the building of approximately 20%
  • In December, Parkway completed the financing for The Pinnacle for a total of $37.6 million. One of two Pinnacle mortgages is being funded under the Federal New Markets Tax Credit program.
