| Parkway Realty Services (PRS) was founded in 1983 and is a subsidiary of
Parkway Properties, Inc. and offers full-service leasing, management, construction, acquisition, disposition and tenant representation services to several third party clients. PRS manages nine (9) office buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet in three (3) states for direct third party owners, 16 office properties totaling 2.5 million square feet in five (5) states in which Parkway Properties owns a minority interest, and forty-nine (49) office properties totaling 10.8 million square feet in 10 states in which Parkway Properties owns a 100% interests.
PRS brings together a nationally respected team of seasoned professionals, with the knowledge and experience to provide exceptional service and advice.
