When DHL, which occupied over 100K SF, shut down their U.S. operations and gave notice of early termination in the spring of 2009 with only 9 months remaining on their existing term, PRS calmly and intentionaly carried out an action plan which resulted in the building remaining 100% leased with a new tenant 45 days later
