coastal city in Broward, situated on the border of Palm Beach
County. Deerfield Beach is a tourist destination known for its
pristine beaches. The population is over 77,000 with a median
household income of $46,052. Hillsboro Center is located just off
I-95 directly on Hillsboro Boulevard, the main road that runs
east/west through the City, making it very accessible. It is also
just 20 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
Parkway knows the Deerfield Beach submarket is a great
alternative to the nearby Boca Raton market for
leasing creating a very affordable lease value for our
customers. The Deerfield Beach location is right on the
county-line making the work pool very accessible to our market
creating many job opportunities for our customers'

choose from, Class "A" a 6-story granite and glass building,
