Deerfield Beach is located on the beautiful Gold Coast of
Broward County in southeastern Florida and is the northern most
coastal city in Broward situated on the border of Palm Beach
County. Deerfield Beach is a tourist destination known for its
pristine beaches. The population is over 77,000 with a median
household income of $46,052. Hillsboro Center is located just off
I-95 directly on Hillsboro Boulevard, the main road that runs
east/west through the City, making it very accessible. It is also
just 20 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
Parkway knows the Deerfield Beach submarket is a great
alternative to the nearby Boca Raton market for
leasing creating a very affordable lease value for our
customers. The Deerfield Beach location is right on the
county-line making the work pool very accessible to our market
creating many job opportunities for our customers
employees. There are two different building alternatives to
choose from: our Class "A" building, a six-story granite
